Introduction to Basketball
For young athletes who are completely new to basketball, or have limited experience with the sport. Adjustable rims are available to suit every athlete’s skill and comfort level. For athletes under the age of 8 only.

Beginners / Interest Group
For athletes above the age of 8, who are completely new to basketball, or have limited experience with the sport. Training focuses on fundamental aspects of the sport, e.g. shooting, ball handling, passing, and basic rules of the game.

Intermediate Hoopers
For athletes with basic knowledge and experience of playing basketball. At this level, training focuses on mastering fundamental skills and introducing team play tactics required for competitive game play.

Competitive Teams / Elite Hoopers
For athletes with competitive game experience and/or athletes who wish to represent P95 competitively. At this level, training focuses on developing more advanced individual and team skillsets, with the purpose of preparing athletes for competitive game play.

Strength & Conditioning for Athletic Performance
Our Strength & Conditioning program aims to build proper movement mechanics in athletes, enhancing on court performance while reducing the risk of injury.

Big Man Fundamentals with Coach Russel
Learn the art of the inside game from Coach Russel as he dives into how you can better dominate the game from the Centre/Power Forward position.

Combo Guard/Forwards Necessities with Coach Mitchell
Develop and sharpen in-game decision making with Coach Mitchell as he focuses on strategic play-making and scoring from both guard & forward positions.
